(1) The molded PVC becomes curved. This situation is often compressed at the sealing station. The reason for this problem is that the heating plate and the molding die are not parallel, and the heating is uneven, resulting in large heating and large deformation. Form a curved shape, in this case, you need to re-level the upper and lower heating plates based on the forming mold;

(2) The molded PVC cells are always not full on the inside and outside of the mold. This phenomenon may be caused by gaps in the heating plate and unstable temperature of the heating plate! Therefore, no gaps are allowed during the heating period of the heating plate during operation. .

(3) The air bubbles in the middle of the mold are not full. Because the PVC after heating is more flexible, the PVC that is not lifted during operation will naturally sag under the influence of gravity, and the middle PVC may stick to the cooling lower mold, causing it to be heated. The PVC quickly cools and hardens, causing poor molding. Therefore, the heating plate should be 2~3mm higher than the blow mold mold, and the stepping backing plate should also be 3~4mm higher than the molding blow mold, otherwise the bubble forming in the middle of the mold may not be full during the molding process.

(4) If the PVC molding bubbles are irregularly defective, the temperature needs to be increased by 3 to 5 degrees. At the same time, because the environmental temperature has changed, the molding temperature in summer can be 5 degrees lower, and the molding temperature in winter is 5 degrees higher; if it is still molded without If the rules are not good, consider whether the heating plate is damaged, whether the surface Teflon layer is peeled off, and whether the temperature of the heating plate is normal, you need to check carefully and then do the corresponding treatment.

(5) If the formed PVC blister always swings from side to side, the reason is that the temperature of the heating plate is high, and the problem can be solved by reducing 3-5 degrees. Because the temperature is too high, the PVC deformation exceeds a certain plastic critical point, forming irregular stretching, so it will swing from side to side.
